摘要
本文以马克斯·韦伯的“工具理性-价值理性”二元框架为分析视角,探讨高校教务管理智能化转型中的价值冲突。研究首先指出,当前智能化在课程、学籍及考务等核心业务虽显著提升了管理效率,但过度依赖数据驱动也引发了管理僵化、评价窄化等“工具理性”僭越问题,挤压了教育的人文价值空间。针对上述问题,文章提出应从三方面系统推进调适:一是构建多元协同的主体合作框架,明确各方职责分工与协作机制;二是厘清工具理性与价值理性的边界,防止效率逻辑取代育人目标;三是设计双向互嵌与动态平衡的调适路线,推动智能化进程螺旋上升,构建兼顾效率与育人的智慧教务新生态。
This article adopts Max Weber's dual framework of"instrumental rationality-value rationality"as an analytical lens to explore the value conflicts in the intelligent transformation of university academic administration.The study first points out that while current intelligent technologies have significantly enhanced management efficiency in core areas such as curriculum,student records,and examination affairs,an over-reliance on data-driven approaches has also led to issues of"instrumental rationality overreach,"such as managerial rigidity and narrowed evaluation criteria.This encroachment has compressed the space for humanistic values in education.To address these challenges,the article proposes a systematic adjustment from three key dimensions:First,constructing a multi-stakeholder collaborative framework that clarifies the responsibilities and coordination mechanisms among all parties.Second,delineating the boundaries between instrumental rationality and value rationality to prevent efficiency logic from supplanting educational objectives.Third,designing an adaptive pathway characterized by bidirectional integration and dynamic balance,promoting a spiral progression in the intelligent transformation process,and ultimately fostering a new intelligent academic administration ecosystem that harmonizes efficiency with educational values.
