摘要
以爱国、创新、求实、奉献、协同、育人为核心内涵的科学家精神,是引领和赋能乡村振兴的重要动力引擎。新时代科学家精神赋能乡村振兴,为农业农村现代化的高质量发展提供了新的契机,为产业、人才、文化、生态和组织振兴提供精神动力、智力支撑、文化动能、理论指引和组织保障。目前,乡村振兴依旧面临乡村科技基础设施不全、乡村科技人才活力不足、农民科技创新意识不强和乡村科技服务体系不佳等诸多困境,以科学家精神为引领,加快乡村基础设施建设、打造青年科技人才队伍、提升农民科技创新意识和优化乡村科技服务体系,是破解乡村振兴现实梗阻的有效路径。
The spirit of scientists,with patriotism,innovation,truth-seeking,dedication,synergy and education as its core connotations,is a powerful engine to lead and help rural revitalisation.The spirit of scientists in the new era helps rural revitalisation,provides a new opportunity for the high-quality development of agricultural and rural modernisation,and offers spiritual impetus,intellectual support,cultural momentum,theoretical guidance and organisational safeguards for the revitalisation of industries,talents,culture,ecology and organisations.At present,rural revitalisation is still facing many difficulties such as farmers'low awareness of scientific and technological innovation,incomplete rural scientific and technological infrastructure,insufficient vitality of rural scientific and technological talents and poor rural scientific and technological service system,etc.Taking the spirit of scientists as a leader,improving farmers'awareness of scientific and technological innovation,accelerating the construction of rural infrastructure,creating a team of young scientific and technological talents and optimizing the rural scientific and technological service system is an effective path to address these difficulties.
