摘要
加强公民道德建设、提高全社会道德水平是促进社会全面进步、人的全面发展的必然要求。网络空间道德建设作为新时代公民道德建设的重要组成部分,相较于现实空间的道德建设而言,呈现出虚拟性与现实性相互交织、技术性与价值性双向互动、易变性和相对稳定性并存的基本特征。当前,网络空间道德建设仍然面临一些现实难题,主要表现为网络参与者责任意识淡化削弱道德约束力、网络内容纷繁芜杂冲击道德权威、网络环境乱象滋生增加道德风险。为此,应当通过培育文明自律的网络参与者、建设正面优质的网络内容、营造风清气正的网络道德环境,不断提升网络空间道德建设成效,推动互联网成为正能量的集聚地。
Strengthening civic moral construction and raising the moral level of the whole society is an inevitable requirement for promoting the overall progress of society and the comprehensive development of human beings. As an important part of the moral construction of citizens in the New Era, the moral construction in cyberspace, compared with the moral construction in the real space, presents the basic characteristics of the interweaving of virtuality and reality, two-way interaction between technology and value, and the co-existence of volatility and relative stability. At present, the moral construction in cyberspace is still facing some practical problems, which are mainly manifested in the weakening of the sense of responsibility on the part of the network participants and the dissolution of the moral binding force, the impact of the diverse contents of the network on the moral authority, and the emergence of chaotic phenomena in the network environment and the increase of moral risks. To this end, we should cultivate civilised and self-disciplined cyber participants, build positive and high-quality cyber contents, and create a clean and upright cyber moral environment, so as to continuously improve the effectiveness of cyberspace moral construction and promote the Internet as a gathering place of positive energy.
