摘要
坚持党的文化领导权是以习近平同志为核心的党中央根据时代发展大势,在总结党百余年来领导文化建设的历史经验的基础上提出的重大理论命题。中国共产党对文化的领导是一种全过程、全方位、全链条的领导,坚持党的文化领导权事关党和国家前途命运。从辩证法原则来看,新时代坚持党的文化领导权必须在准确理解党的文化领导权的核心要义与价值意蕴的基础上,把握和处理好党的领导与人民主体地位、开放包容与守正创新、社会效益与经济效益、一元主导与多样共存、文化安全与文化发展、民族特色与国际视野等诸多方面的辩证关系,进而明确新时代坚持党的文化领导权的实践进路。
Upholding the CPC’s cultural leadership is a significant theoretical proposition advanced by the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,grounded in the prevailing trends of the New Era and a comprehensive synthesis of the CPC’s historical experience in cultural development over the past century.The CPC exercises leadership over culture in an all-encompassing,all-dimensional,and full-chain manner.Upholding the CPC’s cultural leadership bears directly on the future and destiny of both the CPC and China,and serves as a fundamental prerequisite for advancing cultural development in the New Era.From a dialectical perspective,upholding the CPC’s cultural leadership in the new era requires a precise understanding of its core essence and axiological significance.It also entails properly handling the dialectical relationships between the CPC’s leadership and the principal position of the people,openness and inclusiveness and upholding integrity and innovation,between social benefits and economic benefits,between supporting cultural unity and cultural diversity,between cultural security and cultural development,as well as between national characteristics and international vision.By balancing these dimensions,the practical trajectory for reinforcing the CPC’s cultural leadership in the contemporary era could be clarified.
