摘要
乡村振兴战略是立足中国特色社会主义发展全局的现代化战略,其全面推进对各行各业提出了新要求,也为高等教育发展创造了新机遇。高校作为乡村振兴的重要推动力量,肩负着为乡村发展供给高素质人才的核心使命。在乡村振兴战略背景下,基于复杂适应系统(CAS)理论框架,结合我国高校与乡村发展实际,深入剖析了人工智能赋能高校服务乡村振兴的价值意蕴与现实困境。高校作为关键适应性主体,通过技术赋能、人才培育和文化引领,能够激发乡村系统的内生动力与协同效应,实现从要素叠加到系统涌现的价值跃升。然而,该过程也面临技术性风险、结构性矛盾与制度性障碍等复合性挑战。需要从技术创新、人才培养与多方合作三个维度构建“技术-人才-组织”三位一体的实施路径,旨在为提升高校服务乡村振兴的效能提供系统性解决方案。
The rural revitalization strategy is a modernization strategy based on the overall development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Its comprehensive advancement has set new requirements for all sectors and created new opportunities for the development of higher education.As a crucial driving force for rural revitalization,universities shoulder the core mission of supplying high-quality talent for rural development.Against the backdrop of the rural revitalization strategy,this study,based on the Complex Adaptive System(CAS)theoretical framework and in light of the actual conditions of China’s universities and rural development,deeply analyzes the value implications and practical dilemmas of AI-empowered university services for rural revitalization.As a key adaptive agent,universities can stimulate the endogenous dynamics and synergistic effects of rural systems through technological empowerment,talent cultivation,and cultural leadership,achieving a value leap from element superposition to systemic emergence.However,this process also faces compound challenges such as technical risks,structural contradictions,and institutional barriers.It is necessary to construct a“technology-talent-organization”trinity implementation path from the three dimensions of technological innovation,talent cultivation,and multi-party collaboration,aiming to provide a systematic solution for enhancing the effectiveness of university services in rural revitalization.
