摘要
产教融合是教育、科技、人才一体推进的突破口,面对“两张皮、三热三不热”等堵点问题,构建稳定高效的产教融合网络尤为必要,而这背后的逻辑与路径还缺乏理论探讨。以我国产教融合典型案例为样本,采用程序化扎根理论方法,探讨了产教融合网络建构的逻辑与路径。研究发现,产教融合网络建构本质是基于“供需对接—资源转化—价值共创”的价值创造过程,建构路径是包含业务—技术嵌入、关系—结构嵌入、制度—认知嵌入多层嵌套性的嵌入过程。研究拓展了产教融合网络建构的理论研究,丰富了供需对接、资源转化与价值共创在网络构建中的作用机理,对促进产教融合走深走实具有实践启示。
The integration of industry and education serves as a breakthrough point for advancing education,science and technology,and talent development in tandem.In addressing bottlenecks such as"two skins,three hot and three not hot",establishing a stable and efficient industry-education integration network is particularly essen-tial.Yet the underlying logic and pathways lacks theoretical exploration.Taking cases of typical practices of indus-try-education integration as the research object,employing a procedural grounded theory analysis approach,this paper explores the logic and path of the network construction of industry-education integration.Findings reveal that the essence of the network construction of industry-education integration is a value creation process based on"sup-ply-demand interface-resource transformation-value co-creation",and the path of construction is a multi-layer nested embedding process including business-technology embedding,relationship-structure embedding,and insti-tutional-cognitive embedding.This paper expands the theoretical research on the construction of industry-educa-tion integration network,and enriches the mechanism of supply-demand interface,resource transformation and val-ue co-creation in the construction of the network,and has practical inspiration for promoting the deepening of in-dustry-education integration.
