摘要
拔尖创新人才培养所需的知识兼具思辨性与生成性、基础性与多元性、流动性与嵌入性、情景性与超越性、社会性与时代性的特征,须以最精简的知识结构支点催生知识的原始创新,促进知识学习的效率提升,撬动最广阔的创造可能。从这个意义而言,高校拔尖创新人才培养的知识供给逻辑应当包含学科知识的基本结构供给、跨学科知识的关系思维供给、前沿复杂问题解决的综合性知识和思维供给,在人才主体中形成并联共存、互动生成、循环迭代的有机知识创新生产体系。基于此,应当进一步明晰知识转化的行动路径,建构以学科知识教学、跨学科知识学习发生、多学科知识应用创新为一体的知识转化机制,促进拔尖创新人才的高质量培养。
The cultivation of top-notch innovative talents requires knowledge characterized by five key attrib-utes:speculative and generative,foundational and diverse,fluid and embedded,contextual and transcendent,and social and contemporary.This knowledge must then,through the most streamlined structural fulcrums,catalyze o-riginal innovation,enhance the efficiency of knowledge acquisition,and unlock the broadest creative potential.Ac-cordingly,the logic of knowledge supply should encompass:(1)the provision of fundamental disciplinary knowl-edge structures;(2)the cultivation of relational and systems thinking through interdisciplinary knowledge;and(3)the development of comprehensive knowledge and cognitive frameworks for solving complex,frontier problems.This approach aims to establish within learners an organic system for knowledge innovation and production,charac-terized by parallel coexistence,interactive generation,and cyclic iteration.To enhance the quality of top-notch in-novative talent cultivation in universities,it is imperative to further clarify the action logic of transforming knowl-edge through education.This involves constructing an integrated mechanism comprising:a mechanism for teaching disciplinary knowledge,a mechanism for activating interdisciplinary learning,and a system for applying and inno-vating with multidisciplinary knowledge,thereby fostering the high-quality development of such talents.
