摘要
中国特有的教育家精神,植根于传统文化沃土,言近而旨远,辞约而意丰,诞生之初就呈现出旺盛的生命力,是润泽我国教师队伍的丰沛泉源。梳理党和国家建构教育家精神的话语脉络,把握其时代特征,对于实现教育强国战略目标意义深远。以《人民日报》教育家精神相关的2893篇新闻报道为研究样本,采用R语言进行LDA主题模型分析,系统考察教育家精神的媒介话语建构和历时变迁。研究发现,教育家精神主要经历了三个阶段的演变:从社会主义教育时期“启蒙民智,救亡图存”“忠诚于党,为国育才”“无私奉献,艰苦奋斗”的教育救国,到改革开放时期“与时俱进,敢于创新”“乐教爱生,普及教育”“对外开放,文化自信”的科教兴国,再到新时代“科学性”“政治性”“人民性”的教育强国。媒介话语视域下教育家精神内涵呈现出鲜明的时代烙印,体现出与国家不同时期发展战略同频共振的内在逻辑,始终是回应人民命题、引领教师发展的精神旗帜。
The spirit of educators,unique to China,is rooted in the fertile soil of traditional culture,simple in language yet profound in implication and concise in expression yet rich in meaning,and it has exhibited vigorous vi-tality since its birth,serving as an abundant source nourishing China's teaching workforce;sorting out the discourse context of the Party and the country in the discourse construction of the spirit of educators and grasping its epochal traits are of profound significance for advancing the strategic goal of building a powerful education nation.Taking 2,893 news reports related to the spirit of educators from People's Daily as research samples,this study employs R language for LDA topic model analysis to systematically examine the media discourse construction and diachronic e-volution of the spirit of educators,finding that the spirit of educators has undergone three main stages of evolution:from education for national salvation in the period of socialist education characterized by"enlightening public wis-dom and salvaging the nation from peril","being loyal to the Party and cultivating talents for the country"and"making selfless dedication and striving through hardship",to rejuvenating the nation through science and education in the reform and opening-up era marked by"keeping pace with the times and daring to innovate","cherishing teaching and loving students to popularize education"and"opening to the outside world with cultural confidence",and finally to building a powerful education nation in the new era defined by the attributes of"scientificity","po-litical nature"and"people's nature".From the perspective of media discourse,the connotation of the spirit of ed-ucators bears a distinct imprint of epochal changes,reflecting the inherent logic of resonating in tandem with the country's development strategies across different periods and always serving as a spiritual banner that responds to the people's aspirations and guides the development of teachers.
