摘要
文章针对海关缺少高适配性冻品查验低温防护单兵装备的问题,通过研究石墨烯电热膜、碳纤维电热丝、金属复合纤维的电热性能,研发了海关查验用轻薄型智能防寒电热手套。通过对寒冷环境下电热手套性能评价发现,该装备可提供主动式保暖,提高查验效率。
The issue of customs lacking highly adaptable low-temperature protective individual equipment for frozen product inspection was addressed in this article.By studying the electrothermal properties of graphene electrothermal film,carbon fiber electrothermal wire,and metal composite fiber,a lightweight and intelligent cold-proof electrothermal glove for customs inspection have been developed.Through performance evaluation of the electrothermal glove in cold environments,it is found that this equipment can provide active warmth and improve inspection efficiency.
