摘要
在构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局背景下,“一带一路”倡议作为中国高水平对外开放的核心平台,发挥着关键的战略支撑作用。本文深入解析“双循环”“一带一路”“高质量发展”三大核心概念的内涵,结合翔实数据,论证“一带一路”在促进市场融合、优化资源配置、强化设施联通、拓展开放维度方面对“双循环”的支撑效能,并探讨其对提升国际循环质量的要求与贡献。研究表明,“一带一路”与“双循环”形成了深度良性互动,是驱动中国经济高质量发展的重要引擎。
In the context of building a new development paradigm with domestic circulation as the mainstay and mutually reinforc⁃ing domestic and international circulations,the Belt and Road Initiative,serving as a central platform for China′s high-standard opening-up,plays a crucial strategic supporting role.This paper delves into the connotations of three core concepts:"dual circula⁃tion,"the"Belt and Road Initiative,"and"high-quality development."Subsequently,drawing on detailed data,it demonstrates how the Belt and Road Initiative underpins the dual circulation strategy by facilitating market integration,optimizing resource alloca⁃tion,enhancing infrastructure connectivity,and expanding the dimensions of openness,while also examining its requisite role and contributions to elevating the quality of the international cycle.The research indicates that the Belt and Road Initiative and the dual circulation paradigm have formed a profound and positive synergy,serving as a key engine driving China’s high-quality eco⁃nomic development.
