摘要
卵巢癌干细胞(ovarian cancer stem cells,OCSC)是卵巢癌组织内的一小部分能高度致瘤的细胞亚群,以其具有自我更新和分化能力为特征。深入研究OCSC不仅有助于系统地阐明该恶性肿瘤的潜在分子机制及增殖侵袭调控网络,而且为肿瘤靶向治疗及逆转铂类耐药等临床亟须的治疗策略提供相关依据。本文旨在对OCSC的生物学标志物、药物和相关信号通路进行综述。
Ovarian cancer stem cells(OCSC)are a small subpopulation of highly tumorigenic cells within ovarian cancer tissues,characterized by their capacities of self-renewal and differentiation.In-depth investigation of OCSCs not only facilitates systematic elucidation of the underlying molecular mechanisms and proliferation-invasion regulatory networks of this malignancy,but also provides a theoretical basis for urgently needed clinical therapeutic strategies,such as tumor-targeted therapy and reversal of platinum resistance.This review summarizes the current research advances regarding the biomarkers,related signaling pathways and biological characteristics of OCSC.
