外源植物激素对大花君子兰幼苗生长的影响

Effects of exogenous plant hormones on the growth of Clivia miniata seedlings

摘要 为探明外源植物激素对大花君子兰生长的影响,对大花君子兰1年生播种苗喷施不同质量浓度的水杨酸、赤霉素和油菜素内酯,测定叶长、叶宽、株高、单株鲜质量和叶绿素含量,并基于各生长指标进行综合评价。结果表明,50 mg·L^(-1)水杨酸在营养生长前中期(30~60 d)综合促生效果最优,叶长、叶宽及单株鲜质量分别较对照提升22.3%、9.2%和39.0%,株型协调性更佳;100 mg·L^(-1)赤霉素通过“促长抑宽”机制,使叶长日均增长率提高47.1%,叶长/叶宽提升16.1%,适用于株高定向调控;15 mg·L^(-1)油菜素内酯对叶长促进作用最显著(增幅24.3%),且叶绿素含量稳定性强,生物量积累高效。该研究明确了3种外源激素的最优施用质量浓度及功能定位,为君子兰幼苗培育的精准化调控提供理论依据与技术参数,助力乡村花卉产业提质增效。 To study the effects of different concentrations of salicylic acid(SA),gibberellin(GA3),and brassinolide(BR)on the growth indices of Clivia miniata seedlings,different concentration gradients of SA,GA₃,and BR were set up.Through foliar spraying treatment,indices such as seedling height,leaf shape,chlorophyll content,and fresh weight per plant were systematically measured,and a comprehensive analysis was conducted based on these growth indicators.The results showed that 50 mg·L^(-1)SA had the best comprehensive growth-promoting effect in the mid-early stage of vegetative growth(30~60 d).The leaf length,leaf width,and fresh weight per plant increased by 22.3%,9.2%,and 39.0%respectively compared with the control,and the plant type had better harmony.100 mg·L^(-1)GA3,through the mechanism of"promoting length and inhibiting width",increased the daily growth rate of leaf length by 47.1%and the leaf length/leaf width ratio by 16.1%,which was suitable for the directional regulation of plant height.15 mg·L^(-1)BR had the most significant promoting effect on leaf length(an increase of 24.3%),strong stability of chlorophyll content,and efficient biomass accumulation.This study clarified the optimal application concentrations and functional orientations of the three exogenous hormones,providing a theoretical basis and technical parameters for the precise regulation of Clivia miniata seedling cultivation,and contributing to the quality improvement and efficiency increase of the rural flower industry.
