摘要
车前草(Plantago asiatica)具有重要的生态价值、饲用价值和药用价值。2022年,采用样方法对辽宁省19个地区车前草真菌病害进行了调查,结果表明:共调查到白粉病、霜霉病、锈病和叶斑病4种真菌病害,总发病率为30.3%,病情指数为35.8,样方平均发生面积为2090 m^(2)。其中,发病程度最严重的是霜霉病,发病率为29.8%,病情指数为36.6;叶斑病的发病率为1.3%,病情指数为31.7;白粉病的发病率为0.3%,病情指数为46.3;锈病的发病率为0.3%,病情指数为21.4。此外,锈病只在一个地区发生;白粉病、叶斑病分别在3、5个地区发生;霜霉病发生地区最广,在17个地区发生。该项调查明确了辽宁省部分地区车前草主要真菌病害种类、发生情况,并针对不同病害防治提出了建议。
Plantago asiatica has important ecological value,forage value,and medicinal value.In 2022,a survey of fungal diseases of Plantago asiatica in 19 regions of Liaoning Province was conducted using the sample method.The results showed that a total of four fungal diseases,including powdery mildew,downy mildew,rust,and leaf spot,were investigated,with a total incidence rate of 30.3%,a disease index of 35.8,and an average plot area of 2090 m^(2).Among them,downy mildew had the most severe degree of disease,with an incidence rate of 29.8%and a disease index of 36.6;leaf spot had an incidence rate of 1.3%and a disease index of 31.7;powdery mildew had an incidence rate of 0.3%and a disease index of 46.3;and rust had an incidence rate of 0.3%and a disease index of 21.4.In addition,rust occurred only in one region;powdery mildew and leaf spot occurred in 3 and 5 regions,respectively;downy mildew occurred in the most regions,with 17 regions affected.This survey clarifies the main fungal disease species and occurrence of Plantago asiatica in some regions of Liaoning province,and provides suggestions for the prevention and control of different diseases.
