摘要
《乐书要录》是一部集唐以前音乐理论之大成、体现了唐人音乐实践精神及理论认识成果的一部乐律学专著。书中围绕音律问题,阐述了音乐中声音产生的物理本源,十二律于实践中的发现与形成,“假以分寸之数,粗可存其大略”的乐、律关系。围绕音阶问题,阐述了七声构成的相生关系,七声排列的次第关系,七声中五声与二变的关系,以及音阶归纳与实际音乐表现的不同。围绕旋宫问题,阐述了立均的重要及每均声律的确定,旋宫图的构成及使用上的顺旋左、逆旋右,旋相为宫与旋相为声两种旋宫法及相应的乐调及调名等。所论涉及音律构成的音高体系、音乐构成的音列系统、音乐实践的应用系统,都是音乐基本理论的重要内容。唐人的“音声之道”是他们基于实践所总结的音乐基本理论。这种基本理论认识已经达到很高的程度,不仅在古代理论中难能可贵,而且为现代理论不可企及。
ion and actual musical expression.Concerning xuan gong(modulation),it elaborates on the importance of establishing a tuning foundation,determining pitches within each tuning,the structure of modulation charts and their usage rules(clockwise to the left,counterclockwise to the right),the two modulation methods(using each tone as gong or as a scale degree),and the corresponding modes and mode names.Covering the pitch system of temperament,the scale system of music composition,and the application system of musical practice,the discussions are all core components of basic music theories.The“Dao”of sound and music of the Tang Dynasty represents the foundational music theory they derived from practice.This theoretical understanding has reached a remarkably advanced level,which was not only rare in ancient musical thought but remains unparalleled in modern theory.
