摘要
目的调查肺癌胸腔镜手术患者营养知信行现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采取整群抽样法选择2022年3月至2025年3月在淮安市第二人民医院行胸腔镜手术治疗的120例肺癌患者作为研究对象。调查患者一般资料,采用消化系统肿瘤患者营养知识-态度-行为问卷调查患者营养知信行状况,并采用多元线性回归分析影响肺癌胸腔镜手术患者营养知信行的因素。结果120例肺癌胸腔镜手术患者营养知信行总得分为(46.13±5.79)分,及格及以上比例为43.33%(52/120),较差者比例为56.67%(68/120)。单因素分析显示,不同文化程度、家庭月收入、居住地、饮食管理、营养状况、社会支持的肺癌胸腔镜手术患者营养知信行得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,文化程度、家庭月收入、居住地、饮食管理、营养状况、社会支持是肺癌胸腔镜手术患者营养知信行得分的独立影响因素(P<0.05),可解释总变异的59.10%。结论肺癌胸腔镜手术患者营养知信行水平仍不高,且受文化程度、家庭月收入、居住地、饮食管理、营养状况、社会支持的影响。
Objective To analyze the status of knowledge,attitude and practice of nutrition in patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery for lung cancer and analyze the influencing factors.Methods A total of 120 lung cancer patients who underwent thoracoscopic surgery at the Second People's Hospital of Huai'an City from March 2022 to March 2025 were selected as the research subjects by cluster sampling.General information of the patients was investigated.The nutritional knowledge,attitude and practice of the patients were surveyed using the Nutrition Knowledge-Attitude-Practice Questionnaire for Digestive System Tumor Patients,and multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the factors influencing the nutritional knowledge,attitude and practice of patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery for lung cancer.Results The total score of knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)of nutrition for 120 patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery for lung cancer was(46.13±5.79)points.The proportion of those who scored at or above the passing level was 43.33%(52/120),while the proportion of those with poor scores was 56.67%(68/120).Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the KAP scores of nutrition among patients with different educational levels,monthly family incomes,places of residence,dietary management,nutritional status and social support(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicated that educational level,monthly family income,place of residence,dietary management,nutritional status and social support were independent influencing factors of the KAP scores of nutrition for patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery for lung cancer(P<0.05),which could explain 59.10%of the total variation.Conclusion The level of knowledge,attitude and practice of nutrition among patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery for lung cancer remains low,and is influenced by educational attainment,monthly family income,place of residence,dietary management,nutritional status and social support.
