多种毛巾产品性能的比较分析

摘要 为明确传统毛圈毛巾、超细纤维毛巾与纱布毛巾3类产品的性能差异,对其吸水性(吸水速率)、吸水率(吸水量)、防脱毛性能及快干时间进行对比分析。结果表明:纱布毛巾的吸水速率最优,更适用于生产洗脸巾、浴巾等需快速吸水的产品;超细纤维毛巾的吸水率显著高于另外2类产品,适配对吸水率要求较高的产品(如干发帽),且其防脱毛性能最佳,可用于对清洁度要求严苛的擦拭场景。3类毛巾均符合“单位面积质量越大,快干时间越长”的变化规律。研究结果为毛巾类产品的性能优化、品类选型及检测方法研究提供技术参考。 To clarify the performance differences among three types of towels,namely traditional terry towels,microfiber towels and gauze towels,a comparative analysis was conducted on their water absorption(water absorption rate),water absorption capacity,lint resistance and quick-drying time.The results showed that gauze towels had the optimal water absorption rate,making them more suitable for the production of products requiring rapid water absorption such as facial towels and bath towels.Microfiber towels exhibited significantly higher water absorption capacity than the other two types,which were ideal for products with high water absorption requirements(e.g.hair-drying caps).Microfiber towels also boasted the best lint resistance and could be applied to wiping scenarios with stringent cleanliness requirements.All three types of towels followed the same variation rule:the higher the mass per unit area,the longer the quick-drying time.The findings provide technical references for the performance optimization,product selection and detection method research of towel products.
