摘要
针对湿法炼锌净化工艺过程中脱铜、除镉效果不佳、锌粉耗量大等问题,采用湿法炼锌净化过程的高效除铜、镉新工艺。通过分析锌粉净化过程的主要影响因素,利用单因素实验分析确定净化生产过程中除铜、镉新工艺的条件。结果表明:在脱铜环节,当锌粉投加量为理论计算量的1.3倍、反应时间为30分钟、系统温度维持在40℃、搅拌强度为250 r/min时,铜含量降至4.0 mg/L以下;在除镉环节,选用Na2S试剂作为沉淀剂,投加浓度为3 g/L、反应时间为60 min、反应温度为70℃、搅拌强度为250 r/min时,铜含量降至0.84 mg/L、镉含量降至45.77 mg/L。
In view of the problems of poor copper and cadmium removal effect and large zinc powder consumption in zinc hydro metallurgy purification process,a new process of high efficiency copper and cadmium removal in zinc hydrometallurgy purification process was adopted.By analyzing the main influencing factors of zinc powder purification process,the new technological conditions of removing copper and cadmium in purification process were determined by single factor experiment.The results show that the copper removal effect is relatively good when zinc powder dosage is 1.3 times of theoretical calculation,reaction time is 30 minutes,system temperature is maintained at 40℃,stirring intensity is 250 r/min,and the cadmium removal effect is relatively good when NaS reagent is selected as precipitant,dosage concentration is 3 g/L,reaction time is 60 minutes,reaction temperature is 70 C,stirring intensity is 250 r/min.
