摘要
不锈钢含氟废水是一种典型的钢厂废水,通常对其中的氟离子资源化利用程度低。本研究通过构建含氟废水资源利用装置,处理某不锈钢产线含氟废水,回收氟离子并制成高品质氟化钙作为脱硫剂返炼钢生产使用,并检测分析脱硫剂成分指标和出水水质,讨论不同水质条件下的处理效果,为不锈钢含氟废水深度处理,实现氟资源循环利用提供支撑。试验产脱硫剂经检测分析,其中氟化钙可达到85%以上,硫、磷含量分别可控制为0.3%、0.06%以下,满足炼钢脱硫剂标准,可作为再生资源产品返炼钢生产回用。
Stainless steel fluoride-containing wastewater is a typical type of steel plant effluent,often characterized by low resource utilization of fluoride ions.The construction of a resource utilization system for fluoride-containing wastewater was involved to treat such effluent from a stainless steel production line.The process aimed to recover fluoride ions and produce high-quality calcium fluoride,which was then reused as a desulfurization agent in steel production.The composition indicators of the desulfurization agent and the effluent water quality were analyzed,and the treatment efficiency under different water quality conditions was discussed.The study provided support for the advanced treatment of stainless steel fluoride-containing wastewater and the recycling of fluoride resources.Experimental results showed that the produced desulfurization agent contained over 85% calcium fluoride,with sulfur and phosphorus contents controlled below 0.3% and 0.06%,respectively.These metrics met the standards for desulfurization agents in steelmaking process,allowing the product to be reused as a renewable resource in steel production.
