摘要 水质分析中硫酸盐和硝酸盐的精准检测对环境保护与工业控制至关重要。传统国标方法如铬酸钡分光光度法(热法)需经历煮沸、过滤等复杂步骤,单样耗时长达90 min;离子色谱法则存在样品预处理繁琐、设备维护成本高等局限。针对大批量水样快速检测需求,本研究引入全自动水质分析仪,通过智能化改造显著提升检测效能。硫酸盐检测基于硫酸钡浊度法,在420 nm波长下比色测定其吸光度;硝酸盐检测采用镉柱还原技术,通过550 nm处偶氮显色反应完成定量。单样试剂消耗量较传统方法降低70%,支持40个样品/h连续检测,较人工操作效率提升3倍。新方法精密度与准确度优势显著。标准样品测定值均在质控范围内,相对标准偏差较手工法降低50%以上。系统三大创新尤为突出:一是多项目、多样品同步分析功能,实现检测流程集约化;二是精密移液技术,将操作误差控制在0.5%以内;三是智能监控模块实时追踪镉柱活性与反应进程,确保数据可靠性。此外,封闭式流路设计和废液回收系统使有毒试剂接触风险降低90%,大幅提升实验室安全性。 Accurate detection of sulfate and nitrate in water quality analysis is crucial for environmental protection and industrial control.Traditional national standard methods,such as the barium chromate spectrophotometry(hot method),involve complex procedures including boiling and filtration,requiring up to 90 min per sample,while ion chromatography faces limitations like tedious sample pretreatment and high equipment maintenance costs.To address the demand for rapid testing of large-volume water samples,a fully automated water quality analyzer was introduced,significantly enhancing detection efficiency through intelligent upgrades.For sulfate detection,the barium sulfate turbidimetric method was employed,measuring absorbance at 420 nm.Nitrate quantification utilized cadmium column reduction technology,coupled with an azo chromogenic reaction at 550 nm.The system reduced reagent consumption per sample by 70%compared to conventional methods and supports continuous detection of 40 samples per hour,tripling operational efficiency over manual processes.The new method demonstrated remarkable precision and accuracy.Measured values of standard samples remained within quality control ranges,with relative standard deviation(RSD)reduced by over 50% compared to manual methods.Three key innovations were stood out:synchronized multi-parameter and multi-sample analysis for streamlined workflows,precision pipetting technology controlling operational errors within 0.5%,an intelligent monitoring module tracking cadmium column activity and reaction progression in real time to ensure data reliability.Additionally,the closed-loop flow path design and waste liquid recovery system reduced toxic reagent exposure risks by 90%,substantially improving laboratory safety.
