微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定牙膏中43种元素

摘要 建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定牙膏中43种元素的分析方法。样品经微波消解后,通过优化前处理条件及仪器参数,结合在线内标校正与碰撞/反应池技术消除干扰,采用ICP-MS进行多元素同步测定。方法学验证结果表明:各元素在相应浓度范围内线性关系良好(r>0.999),检出限低;3个加标水平下平均回收率81.1%~118.9%,相对标准偏差≤5.0%,精密度0.5%~3.3%(n=6)。该方法简便高效、灵敏度高、结果可靠,适用于牙膏中多元素的快速检测。 An analytical method for the simultaneous determination of 43 elements in toothpaste by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was established.After the samples were digested by microwave,by optimizing the pretreatment conditions and instrument parameters,combined with on-line internal standard correction and collision/reaction cell technology to eliminate interferences,ICP-MS was used for multi-element synchronous determination.The results of methodological verification showed that each element had a good linear relationship within the corresponding concentration range(r>0.999),and the detection limit was low.The average recoveries at three spiking levels were 81.1% to 118.9%,the relative standard deviations were≤5.0%,and the precisions were 0.5% to 3.3%(n=6).This method is simple,efficient,highly sensitive,has reliable results,and is suitable for the rapid detection of multiple elements in toothpaste.
