顶空-气相色谱法测定汽车内饰材料皮革碳挥发量的不确定度评定

Evaluation of Uncertainty in Determination of Carbon Emission in Automobile Interior Material Leather by Headspace-Gas Chromatography

摘要 通过顶空-气相色谱法测定了汽车内饰材料皮革碳挥发量,对其不确定度进行了分析。测量不确定度的来源有样品质量、微量进样器的校准、样品浓度和平均回收率。评估不确定度各分量,合成标准不确定度,计算扩展不确定度。当样品碳挥发量Ei为4.08μg/g时,合成标准不确定度为0.71μg/g,扩展不确定度为1.42μg/g(k=2),通过比较不确定度各分量,可以得出测量不确定度来源主要是样品浓度,而样品浓度的准确性取决于标准溶液的配制、标准曲线的拟合和样品平行测定,所以提高实验人员的检测水平,有助于提高测定结果的准确性。 The carbon emission of automotive interior material leather was determined by headspace-gas chromatography and its uncertainty was analyzed.The sources of measurement uncertainty included sample quality,calibration of microinjector,sample concentration and average recovery rate.Each component of uncertainty was evaluated,the standard uncertainty was synthesized and the extended uncertainty was calculated.When the sample carbon emission Ei was 4.08μg/g,the synthetic standard uncertainty was 0.71μg/g and the extended uncertainty was 1.42μg/g(k=2).By comparing each component of uncertainty,it can be concluded that the main source of measurement uncertainty was the sample concentration,while the accuracy of the sample concentration depended on the preparation of the standard solution,the fitting of the standard curve and the parallel determination of the sample.Therefore,improving the detection level of the experimental personnel was conducive to improving the accuracy of the determination results.
