QuEChERS结合气相色谱-串联质谱法快速测定林下仿野生灵芝中242种农药的残留量

Rapid Determination of 242 Pesticide Residues in Understory Imitation Wild Ganoderma Lucidum by QuEChERS-gas Chromatography-triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometry

摘要 基于QuEChERS前处理技术结合气相色谱-串联质谱法(GC-MS/MS),建立了测定林下仿野生灵芝中的242种农药残留量的检测方法,样品用1%醋酸-乙腈溶液和QuEChERS萃取、净化,以多反应离子监测模式(MRM)下进行数据采集,基质匹配标准曲线外标法定量目标物,结果显示:242种农药在10~500 ng/mL质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(R^(2))均大于0.99,定量限(LOQ)为0.01 mg/kg。在0.02,0.05和0.1 mg/kg 3个浓度下加标回收率测定,各目标物的加标回收率在70%~125%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于10%。结果表明:该方法简便快速、经济有效、一次进样可测上百种农药,适用于仿野生灵芝中农药多残留的同时快速筛查测定。 An analytical method for the simultaneous determination of 242 pesticide residues in understory imitation wild Ganoderma lucidum was established based on optimized by QuEChERS and were determined by GC-MS/MS.Acetonitrile solution(containing 1%(V/V)acetic acid)extracted the sample,and purified by QuEChERS method and the data was collected in multi-reaction monitoring(MRM)mode by GC-MS/MS,and quantitatively detected by matrix curve.The results showed that there was good linear in the concentration range of 10 to 500 ng/mL,and the linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.99,the limit of quantification of the method was 0.01 mg/kg,the standard recovery of prochloraz was mainly between 70% and 125% at the three spiked concentration levels(0.02,0.05,0.1 mg/kg),and the relative standard deviation(n=6)was less than 10%.This method is simple,fast,high-throughput and economicalcan,detect hundreds of pesticides in one injection,and is suitable for the detection of pesticides residues in understory imitation wild Ganoderma lucidum.
