钼酸钠-葡萄糖酸钠缓蚀剂对304不锈钢的耐腐蚀性能影响研究

Study on Effect of Sodium Molybdate-sodium Gluconate Corrosion Inhibitor on Corrosion Resistance of 304 Stainless Steel

摘要 不锈钢具有良好的耐腐蚀性和耐氧化性,但在含有Cl^(-)的环境下易被腐蚀。本文选用绿色无毒且环保的钼酸钠与葡萄糖酸钠作为复配缓蚀剂,对柠檬酸钝化后的304不锈钢(304SS)进行耐腐蚀性能影响研究。主要探究不同添加,糖酸钠和钼酸钠-葡萄糖酸钠缓蚀剂及其复配比例对304SS的耐腐蚀性能影响。主要在3.5%质量分数的氯化钠溶液(模拟海水)中测定304SS的极化曲线和获得其阻抗谱数据。结果表明,钼酸钠和葡萄糖酸钠单一缓蚀剂分别在140和60 mmol/L时304SS耐腐蚀性能最佳,当钼酸钠和葡萄糖酸钠复配后,两者浓度分别在140和60 mmol/L(7:3时)时304SS耐腐蚀性能最佳。 Stainless steel has good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance,but it is prone to corrosion in environments containing Cl^(-).Green,non-toxic and environmentally friendly sodium molybdate and gluconate were selected as compound corrosion inhibitors to study the impact on the corrosion resistance of 304 stainless steel(304SS)after citric acid passivation.The corrosion resistance of 304SS was mainly evaluated by adding sodium molybdate,sodium gluconate and sodium molybdate sodium-gluconate corrosion inhibitors with different concentrations and their compound ratios.The polarization curve and impedance spectroscopy data of 304SS were measured primarily in a 3.5%mass fraction sodium chloride solution(simulated seawater).The results showed that the corrosion resistance of 304SS was optimal when the single corrosion inhibitor sodium molybdate and sodium gluconate at concentrations of 140 and 60 mmol/L,respectively.When sodium molybdate and sodium gluconate were compounded,the optimal corrosion resistance of 304SS was achieved when the concentrations of the two were 140 and 60 mmol/L(in a 7:3 ratio).
