摘要
固化度反映复合材料化学反应程度,而反应程度与材料性能息息相关,因此固化度是聚合物基复合材料性能的重要指标之一,研究固化度与材料性能之间的关系,可以选择出最佳固化工艺,从而得到性能更优的复合材料。目前仅有学者对固化度测试方法进行总结,未见复合材料固化度研究总结。本文从固化度测试方法、固化度与材料性能和固化度仿真等综述了近些年复合材料固化度研究进展,并提出了未来发展方向。
The curing degree indicates the degree of chemical reaction of the composite material which closely relates to the performance of the material,therefore,it is one of the vital testing indexes which can reflect the performance of polymer matrix composites.Studying the relationship between the degree of curing and the performance of the material can select the best curing process,so as to obtain a composite material with better performance.Only scholars have summarized the curing degree test methods,but there is no summary of the curing degree of composite materials.A general introduction to the development of curing degree in composites research was studied,and the research contents in the future were pointed out.
