摘要
在国家提出实现碳达峰碳中和目标的背景下,系统探讨了产业园低碳绿色发展的现状及转型挑战。对国内外典型园区的绿色转型经验进行了深入分析,并基于此对未来我国园区实现碳达峰的路径提出建议与展望,并结合国内外政策与研究现状,提出了我国工业园区低碳转型建设的具体策略。从多维度出发,制定了一系列低碳转型路径:通过优化能源结构和完善储能用能体系,构建多元化的清洁能源体系,提高能源利用效率;借助技术创新与精细化管理,构建“产业共生、设施共享、资源循环”的绿色园区生态;推动园区内生活方式、交通运输及建筑领域的绿色转型,促进碳排放管理的智能化、精准化与统一化;加强节能技术和设备的升级与应用,推广行业低碳化技术,助力园区整体减排目标的实现。为我国现代化工产业园区的低碳绿色发展提供理论支持与实践指导,具有重要的学术价值与现实意义。
In the context of the national goal of achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality,the current situation and transformation challenges of low-carbon and green development of industrial parks were systematically discussed.An indepth analysis of the green transformation experience of typical parks at home and abroad was conducted,suggestions and prospects for the path of China’s industrial parks were put forward to achieve carbon peak in the future,and specific strategies for the low-carbon transformation construction of China’s industrial parks based on the current situation of domestic and foreign policies and research were put forward.From multiple dimensions,a series of low-carbon transformation paths were formulated:by optimizing the energy structure and improving the energy storage system,building a diversified clean energy system and improving energy efficiency.With the help of technological innovation and refined management,a green park ecology of“industrial symbiosis,facility sharing,and resource circulation”was built,promoting the green transformation of lifestyle,transportation and construction in the park,and promoting the intelligent,precise and unified management of carbon emissions,strengthening the upgrading and application of energy-saving technologies and equipment,promoting low-carbon technologies in the industry,and helping achieve the overall emission reduction goals of the park.It provided theoretical support and practical guidance for the low-carbon and green development of China's modern industrial parks,which had important academic value and practical significance.
