摘要
荧光金属-有机框架(LMOFs)作为前沿多功能材料,在污染物传感领域具有显著优势。本实验设计将LMOFs荧光传感技术融入本科实验教学,通过“材料制备→荧光分析技术→环境污染物检测→现场应用”实践链,实现对硝基苯胺(p-NA)及含有其结构片段有毒农药2,6-二氯对硝基苯胺(DCN)的直观快速无损成像检测。融合了分析化学、材料化学与环境化学等知识,面向应用化学、材料工程和环境工程专业高年级本科生及研究生,并适配创新训练项目。教学实践表明,该实验显著提升了学生的科研素养、仪器操作技能及复杂问题解决能力,适用于高校实验教学。
As a cutting-edge multifunctional material,luminescent metal-organic frameworks(LMOFs)possess remarkable advantages in the field of pollutant sensing.This experimental design integrates LMOF-based fluorescent sensing technology into undergraduate experimental teaching.Through a practical chain of material preparation→fluorescence analysis technology→environmental pollutant detection→on-site application",it enables intuitive,rapid,and non-destructive imaging detection of p-nitroaniline(p-NA)as well as 2,6-dichlorop-nitroaniline(DCN).Integrating knowledge from analytical chemistry,materials chemistry,and environmental chemistry,this design is targeted at senior undergraduate and graduate students majoring in applied chemistry,materials engineering,and environmental engineering,and is also compatible with innovative training programs.Teaching practice shows that this experiment significantly enhances students'research literacy,instrument operation skills,and ability to solve complex problems,making it suitable for experimental teaching in colleges and universities.
