摘要
为研究复杂工况下考虑安装过程与松弛效应的输气管道密封垫圈泄漏率预测方法,基于Roth模型和雷诺方程建立了泄漏率预测模型。该方法通过分析密封垫圈在复杂工况与松弛效应下的表面接触压力,实现对泄漏率的准确预测。研究中,将粗糙表面泄漏间隙等效为平行泄漏间隙,进而计算泄漏量。实验结果表明,该方法预测的泄漏率变化趋势与实验结果一致,验证了模型的可行性。本研究可为复杂工况下的密封性能预测提供有效方法,对实际工程中的密封结构设计和装配具有理论指导意义。
To investigate the prediction of leakage rate of natural gas transmission pipelines considering the installation process and relaxation effect in complex environments,we propose a leakage rate prediction method based on the Roth model and Reynolds equation.The method aims to accurately predict the leakage rate by extracting the surface contact pressure of sealing gaskets under complex conditions and relaxation effects.Through simulation analysis,the changes in leakage gaps caused by the surface contact pressure after relaxation effects,under different temperature conditions,compression amounts,and sealing medium pressure,are equivalent to parallel leakage gaps to predict the leakage amounts.Experimental results show that the trend of the predicted leakage rate is consistent with the experimental results,indicating the feasibility of the model.This research can effectively predict the sealing performance under complex conditions,providing a theoretical basis for the design and assembly of sealing structures in practical engineering applications.
