基于3S、数据集成及空间数据模型技术的尾矿库事故应急实景模型研究

摘要 尾矿库事故会给人们的生命及财产安全带来巨大威胁,同时会引起不良社会影响,事故预报预警和应急处置工作尤为重要。针对尾矿库事故类型和发展过程,结合基于3S、数据集成及空间数据模型技术,本文提出一种尾矿库事故应急实景建模方法。从事故分类、事故分期、事故分级三个层次建立尾矿库事故应急实景模型,涵盖信息、范围、状态和表达形式四个方面元素,并介绍了尾矿库事故应急实景模型的设计框架、功能及其应用。尾矿库事故应急实景模型能够真实地反馈尾矿库运行状态,动态展示事故发生过程中尾矿库相关信息变化情况,为事故预报预警及应急处置工作提供全面信息支持,为提升尾矿库安全管理水平和推动矿山行业数字化转型提供理论依据与系统性参考。 The accident of tailings reservoir poses a great threat to people's life and property safety,and it will also cause adverse social impact.The work of accident prediction,early warning and emergency response is particularly important.Aiming at the types and development process of tailings reservoir accidents,combined with 3S,data integration and spatial data model technology,this paper proposed a tailings reservoir accident emergency scene modeling method.The emergency scene model of tailings reservoir accident was established from three levels:accident classification,accident staging and accident classification,covering four aspects:information,scope,state and expression form.The design framework,function and application of the emergency scene model of tailings reservoir accident were introduced.The emergency scene model of tailings reservoir accident can truly feedback the operation status of tailings reservoir,dynamically displays the changes of relevant information of tailings reservoir during the accident,provides comprehensive information support for accident prediction,early warning and emergency response,and provides theoretical basis and systematic reference for improving the safety management level of tailings reservoir and promoting the digital transformation of mine industry.
