摘要
地方特色食品因其独特的风味、营养价值和文化内涵,在满足消费者多元化需求、促进地方经济发展方面发挥着重要作用。然而,受制于生产环境、加工方式及原料地域性差异,这类食品在安全性保障上面临特殊挑战。地方食品安全标准作为国家标准的重要补充,对于保障地方特色食品质量安全、提升市场竞争力具有重要意义。本文系统分析了我国地方特色食品安全标准制定的现状,探讨了当前存在的与国家标准衔接不畅、标准更新滞后、执行能力不足等问题,并提出了加强风险评估、多方协作、动态修订标准等建议,为完善地方特色食品安全标准体系提供参考。
Local specialty foods,with their unique flavors,nutritional value,and cultural significance,play a crucial role in meeting consumers’diverse needs and promoting local economic development.However,due to differences in production environments,processing methods,and regional variations in raw materials,such foods face unique challenges in ensuring safety.Local food safety standards,as an important supplement to national standards,are of great significance in ensuring the quality and safety of local specialty foods and enhancing their market competitiveness.This paper systematically analyzed the current status of the formulation of local food safety standards in China,discussed the existing issues such as poor coordination with national standards,lagging standard updates and insufficient enforcement capabilities,and proposed recommendations such as strengthening risk assessment,promoting multi-party collaboration and dynamically revising standards to provide reference for improving the local food safety standard system.
