摘要
为解决水电工程施工期间的安全生产、环保水保和文明施工形象问题,打造现代化水电示范工地,在充分吸取传统水电工程安全生产和文明施工经验的基础上,创新管理模式,首次将环保水保内容纳入标准化范畴,从安全生产、环保水保和文明施工三个维度进行标准化策划和实践。近六年的工程现场实践表明:安全生产、环保水保和文明施工标准化在大渡河金川水电站工程取得了较好的示范效应,显著提高了现场管控能力、管理效率和标准化水平,水电工程建设安全文明施工标准化图册作为集团标准正式发布,其做法值得在类似水电工程标准化管理中推广和借鉴。
In order to solve the image problems of safe production,environmental protection and civilized construction during the construction of the hydropower project,to build a modern hydropower demonstration site,on the basis of fully absorbing the safety and civilized construction experience of traditional hydropower projects,to innovate the management mode,the content of ecological environmental protection is included in the standardization category firstly.Standardization planning and practice are carried out from three dimensions of production safety,ecological environmental protection and civilized construction.The site practice of nearly six years shows that the standardization of safety in production,environmental protection and civilized construction has achieved a good demonstration effect in Jinchuan Hydropower Project,which significantly improves the site control ability,management efficiency and standardization level.The practice is worthy of popularization and reference in similar hydropower project standardization management.
