摘要
叶巴滩电站施工区地处高原,气候寒冷而干燥,冬季时间长,气温低,昼夜温差大,寒潮频发,多大风,具有“长冬无夏短春秋”的特点。由于先后受两次白格堰塞湖溃堰洪水事件、边坡开口线抬高、缆机栈桥基础及拱肩槽置换块方案动态调整、新冠疫情等影响,工程工期整体滞后。混凝土浇筑是控制工程总工期的关键项目,深孔牛腿倒悬体部位具有结构复杂、埋件多、仓面狭窄、外挑悬臂幅度大、安全问题突出等特点。加快孔口倒悬牛腿部位施工进度,是确保大坝混凝土浇筑进度的重点,为满足项目建设总体目标,通过研究实施一系列措施,优化深孔倒悬牛腿施工方案、加快备仓速度,确保安全高效地进行深孔牛腿倒悬体施工。
The construction area of Yebatan Hydropower Project is located in the high plateau.The climate is cold and dry.The winter time is long,the temperature is low,the temperature difference between day and night is large,the cold wave is frequent,and the wind is strong.It has the characteristics of'long winter without summer and short spring and autumn.Due to the influence of two flood events of Baige barrier lake,elevation of slope opening line,adjustment of cable machine trestle foundation scheme,adjustment of spandrel groove replacement block scheme and new corona epidemic situation,the overall construction period of the project is lagging behind.Concrete pouring is the key part to control the total construction period of the project.The inverted suspension part of the deep hole corbel has the characteristics of complex structure,many buried parts,narrow warehouse surface,large cantilever amplitude and outstanding safety problems.Speeding up the construction progress of the overhanging bracket at the orifice is the key to ensure the progress of dam concrete pouring.In order to meet the overall goal of the project construction,a series of measures are studied and implemented to optimize the construction scheme of the deep hole overhanging bracket and speed up the preparation speed,so as to improve the construction of the deep hole overhanging bracket safely and efficiently.
