摘要
系统阐明并形成科学完备的动力体系,是新时代中国共产党破解大党独有难题的必然要求。中国共产党破解大党独有难题的动力体系以基础性动力为根本、实践性动力为指向、巩固性动力为保障,在理论与历史、文化与社会、制度与组织维度实现了体系性架构。中国共产党破解大党独有难题的动力体系是整体逻辑与具体范式的统一。面对具体实践过程中存在的针对性、实效性、彻底性、协同性问题,必须不断积累创新动力要素,推动各层面要素在体系内协调发展并与实践紧密衔接,形成必要的反馈与评价机制。通过动力体系的构建和动力效能的提升,能够为新时代中国共产党破解大党独有难题提供理念和方法层面的科学参照。
To systematically clarify and develop a scientific and comprehensive dynamic system is an inevitable requirement for the CPC to address the unique challenges of a major party in the New Era.Taking fundamental dynamics as the foundation,practical dynamics as the orientation,and consolidating dynamics as the guarantee,the dynamic system for the CPC to tackle these unique challenges has achieved a systematic structure across theoretical-historical,cultural-social,and institutional-organizational dimensions.It represents the unity of overall logic and specific paradigms.In response to the issues of pertinence,effectiveness,thoroughness,and coordination in concrete practice,efforts should be made to accumulate and innovate dynamic elements continuously,promote the coordinated development of elements at all levels within the system and their close integration with practice,and establish necessary feedback and evaluation mechanisms.The construction of this dynamic system and the enhancement of its dynamic effectiveness can provide scientific reference at the ideological and methodological levels for the CPC to address the unique challenges of a major party in the New Era,thus possessing significant practical significance.
