摘要
本研究以公益教育为切入点,探讨其融入普通高等学校发展型资助体系的方式,并依据发展型资助理论与协同治理理论,通过典型案例分析,提炼成功经验与共性挑战,构建“四维一体、双向赋能”的社会力量协同机制模型。该模型以学生全面发展为圆心,围绕资源、平台、能力、文化四个维度,构建高校与社会力量双向赋能、互利共赢的生态系统。模型的核心在于通过系统化的机制设计,实现资源的高效整合、平台的共建共享、能力的协同提升和文化的深度融合,最终推动发展型资助育人工作的深入开展。
This study uses public welfare education as a lens to examine its integration into the developmental financial aid system of regular higher education institutions.Drawing on developmental funding theory and collaborative governance doctrine,and by analyzing multiple typical cases,it identifies successful experiences and prevailing challenges to construct a"four-dimensional integration and bidirectional empowerment"model based on social forces collaboration mechanism.Centered on the holistic development of students,this model establishes an ecosystem for mutual empowerment and win-win cooperation between universities and social forces around four dimensions:resources,platforms,capabilities,and culture.The core of the model lies in systematic mechanism design,aiming to achieve efficient resource integration,platform co-construction and sharing,collaborative enhancement of capabilities,and cultural embeddedness,thereby advancing the in-depth implementation of developmental financial aid education.
