摘要
文章通过统计焦作市2015—2022年的相关数据,利用DEA-BCC模型和Tobit模型,对焦作市科技金融发展成效进行了分析,系统梳理了影响焦作市科技金融效率的主要因素,提出了提高焦作市科技金融效率的措施:加大政府财政科技投入、加大科技人才投入、积极发展高新技术企业、带动金融市场创新发展、加强科研创新转化能力,从而更好地促进焦作市科技金融发展。
Using the DEA-BCC and Tobit models,this paper analyzes the development efficiency of sci-tech finance in the city of Jiaozuo and identifies the main influencing factors based on relevant data from 2015 to 2022.Based on these findings,it proposes targeted measures to improve the efficiency of sci-tech finance in Jiaozuo,including increasing government financial investment in science and technology,strengthening support for sci-tech talents,fostering the growth of high-tech enterprises,driving innovation in financial markets,and boosting the capacity for scientific research innovation and commercialization,thereby promoting the better development of sci-tech finance in Jiaozuo.
