摘要
针对当前高比例新能源接入背景下火电机组面临的深度调峰挑战,本文提出了一种耦合熔盐储能系统的灵活性改造方案,并针对2×600 MW超超临界机组开展系统设计与对比研究。创新性引入了电力现货市场动态电价分析,构建了基于电价波动规律的储热-释热运行策略,并建立了考虑时序电价驱动的经济性评价模型。通过设计纯凝发电、背压发电兼供热、直接供热等3种蒸汽利用方案,分别计算系统的能量效率与㶲效率,并开展全生命周期经济分析。结果表明,采用120 MW电加热、背压机发电与排汽供热的组合方案在㶲效率(41.29%)和经济性(内部收益率10.94%)方面表现最优。研究验证了熔盐储热在提升火电机组灵活性与经济性方面的协同潜力,所提方法为考虑市场价格响应机制的灵活性改造提供了可推广的技术路径与评价框架。
In response to the deep-peaking challenges faced by coal-fired power units under high renewable energy penetration,this paper proposes a flexibility retrofit scheme that couples molten salt thermal energy storage(TES)and conducts system design and comparative study with a 2×600 MW ultra-supercritical unit.It also innovatively introduces the dynamic analysis of electricity prices in the electricity spot market,develops heat storage and release strategies based on the pattern of electricity price fluctuations,establishes an economic evaluation model driven by time-sequenced electricity prices,calculates the system’s energy and exergy efficiencies respectively based on such three steam utilization schemes as condensing power generation,back-pressure power generation with heat extraction,and direct heat supply,and takes a comprehensive techno-economic analysis is conducted over the system’s lifecycle.Results show that the configuration using a 120 MW electric heater and a back-pressure turbine with exhaust-heat utilization achieves the best performance,with an exergy efficiency of 41.29%and an internal rate of return(IRR)of 10.94%.The findings confirm the synergistic potential of molten salt TES in enhancing both the flexibility and profitability of coal-fired units and offer a replicable technological path and evaluation framework for the flexible retrofit scheme considering the market price response mechanism.
