摘要
在深化医药卫生体制改革与公立医院高质量发展的时代要求下,党建引领成为公立医院品牌建设的核心驱动力。研究立足新时代医疗卫生服务体系发展需求,聚焦医院品牌价值与高质量发展协同提升,紧抓“以患者为中心、党建医疗融合、构筑公信力”三条主线,探索品牌价值与高质量发展目标的协同提升路径,为公立医院品牌建设提供参考。
In the context of deepening reforms in the medical and health sector and the imperative for high-quality development in public hospitals,Party building has emerged as the central driving force behind brand building in these institutions.This research is grounded in the developmental needs of the healthcare service system in the new era,focusing on the synergistic enhancement of hospital brand value and high-quality development.It explores pathways to align brand value with high-quality development goals through three main lines:a patient-centered approach,the integration of Party building with medical practice,and the establishment of public trust.The study aims to provide insights for brand building in public hospitals.
