摘要
结直肠癌(CRC)的发生与肠道菌群失衡密切相关。本文作者基于“邪去正复”理论,将益生菌与致病菌的动态平衡类比为“正邪相争”的微观体现。致病菌通过促炎微环境加速癌变,益生菌则通过免疫调节等抑制肿瘤。中药可凭借多成分协同重塑菌群平衡,中药复方则抑制菌群致癌通路,如减少致病菌增殖、促进益生菌定植及修复肠道屏障。本文作者重点论证了中药及其复方并非简单作用于单一菌株,而是遵循“扶正祛邪”治则,通过多成分、多靶点协同调控菌群结构功能,重塑肠道微生态稳态,在一定程度上推动了中西医结合在CRC精准干预中的应用。
The occurrence of colorectal cancer(CRC)is closely related to the imbalance of gut microbiota.The author of this article,based on the theory of"evil Elimination and righteousness restoration",analogizes the dynamic balance between probiotics and pathogenic bacteria as the microscopic manifestation of"the struggle between evil and righteousness".Pathogenic bacteria accelerate carcinogenesis through pro-inflammatory microenvironments,while probiotics inhibit tumors through immune regulation and other mechanisms.Traditional Chinese Medicine can restore the balance of the microbiota through the synergy of multiple components.Traditional Chinese Medicine formulas can inhibit the carcinogenic pathways of the microbiota,such as reducing the proliferation of pathogenic bacteria,promoting the colonization of probiotics,and repairing the intestinal barrier.The author of this article focuses on demonstrating that Traditional Chinese Medicine and its formulas do not simply act on a single strain but follow the therapeutic principle of"supporting righteousness and eliminating evil",regulating the structure and function of the microbiota through multiple components and multiple targets,and restoring the intestinal microecological homeostasis,which to a certain extent promotes the application of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the precise intervention of CRC.
