为了提高磷酸一铵产品的市场竞争力,某公司采用湿法净化磷酸为原料并优化生产流程对原工业一铵装置进行了升级改造,用于制备电池级磷酸一铵。分析了技改方案的可行性,介绍了技改实施内容及技改效果。实施技改后能源消耗降低,产品质量达到了电池级标准要求,经济效益显著。
To enhance the market competitiveness of monoammonium phosphate(MAP)products,a company upgraded its existing industrial-grade MAP plant using wet-process purified phosphoric acid as raw material and optimized the production process to produce battery-grade MAP.The feasibility of the technical revamp scheme is analyzed,and the revamp scope and effects of the revamp are presented.After the technical revamp,energy consumption is reduced,product quality meets battery-grade standard,and significant economic benefits are achieved.
