摘要
因高细硫金矿具有粒度极细、黏度大、团聚性强、含水率高等特性,预处理时极易出现严重结块、过筛困难等问题。某厂焙烧原料预处理系统采用了“两级连续干燥+筛分前一级破碎”工艺对其进行优化改造,有效解决了预处理后原料质量不达标的问题,为沸腾炉稳定供应合格的原料,并保障高效、持续的后续生产,在矿物加工领域具有极高的推广应用价值。
Given the characteristics of fine-grained sulfide gold ore,such as extremely fine particle size,high viscosity,strong agglomeration,and high moisture content,it is prone to severe agglomeration and screening difficulties during pretreatment.A plant optimized its roasting feed pretreatment system using a“two-stage continuous drying+one-stage crushing before screening”process.This effectively solved the problem of substandard feed quality after pretreatment,ensuring a stable supply of qualified feed to the fluidized bed furnace and guaranteeing efficient and continuous subsequent production.This system offers high application value in the mineral processing field.
