高压变频器在水厂水务数字化转型中的应用

摘要 在“数字中国”建设的浪潮下,国家“十四五”规划对数字化和水务行业的新发展提出明确要求,水务数字化转型已成为必然趋势。智慧水厂作为数字经济的重要组成部分,是提升公共服务、社会治理数字化与智能化水平的关键。随着物联网和大数据技术的深度融合,变频恒压供水智慧泵房数字控制技术日益成熟,变频器在数字控制系统中起着十分重要的作用。动态调节较传统供水节能率更高,同时有效避免了水锤效应对管网的冲击,自动调节水泵机组转速,在0.01MPa误差范围内实现压力精准闭环控制,其运行状态监测与远程调控能力得到显著提升,助力水务系统数字化转型,向高效化、智能化方向迈进。 Under the tide of"Digital China"construction,the national"14th Five-Year Plan"puts forward clear requirements for the new development of digitalization and water industry,and the digital transformation of water industry has become an inevitable trend.As an important part of the digital economy,smart waterworks are the key to improving the level of digitalization and intellectualization of public services and social governance.With the deep integration of lnternet of Things and big data technology,the digital control technology of variable frequency constant pressure water supply intelligent pump house is becoming more and more mature,and the frequency converter plays a very important role in the digital control system.Compared with traditional water supply,dynamic regulation has higher energy-saving rate,effectively avoids the impact of water hammer effect on the pipe network,automatically regulates the speed of pump units,realizes precise closed-loop control of pressure within the error range of 0.01 MPa,and significantly improves the ability of operation status monitoring and remote control,which helps the digital transformation of water system and moves towards the direction of high efficiency and intelligence.
