摘要
高分辨质谱技术是当今分析领域一项前沿技术,因具有极高的分辨率和灵敏度,广泛应用于食品检测、农药残留、环境科学、药物分析等诸多领域。化妆品基质种类繁多,组分复杂,而高分辨质谱技术凭借其庞大的数据库,可在无标准物质的条件下对化妆品中禁限用组分和风险物质进行高通量筛查确证,极大地提高了检测效率。文章概述了高分辨质谱技术的分类、原理和特点,介绍了化妆品中非法添加抗感染类药物、激素、抗组胺类药物、香精香料的危害,并总结了高分辨质谱技术在其中应用的相关文献。最后介绍了利用高分辨质谱技术建立化妆品中非法添加组分和风险物质的数据筛查平台,相关行业可通过该平台实现数据资源共享,为化妆品监管部门提供更加有力的技术支撑。
High-resolution mass spectrometry is a cutting-edge technology in the field of analysis today,which is widely used in food testing,pesticide residues,environmental science,pharmaceutical analysis and many other fields due to its high resolution and sensitivity.There are many types of cosmetic matrices and complex components,and high-resolution mass spectrometry technology,with its huge database,can carry out high-throughput screening and confirmation of prohibited and restricted components and risk substances in cosmetics without reference materials,which greatly improves the detection efficiency.This article summarizes the classification,principle and characteristics of high-resolution mass spectrometry,introduces the harm of illegally adding anti-infective drugs,hormones,antihistamines,flavors and fragrances to cosmetics,and summarizes the relevant literature on the application of high-resolution mass spectrometry.Finally,this paper introduces the use of high-resolution mass spectrometry technology to establish a data screening platform for illegally added components and risk substances in cosmetics,through which relevant industries can share data resources and provide more powerful technical support for regulatory authorities.
