摘要
转炉系统钢包周转状况、底吹透气率、钢包自开率等关键指标在保障整个工序生产顺行中起到承上启下的作用,同时也直接影响钢水质量的提升。该文着重介绍通过优化钢包周转个数提高钢包温度,规范吹扫标准及管路维护提高透气率,改进引流砂质量及清除粘钢提高自开率,钢包管理有了较大提升,保证生产稳定运行。
Key indicators such as ladle turnover status of the converter system,bottom blowing air permeability,and ladle self-opening rate play an extremely important role in ensuring smooth production of the entire process,and also directly affect the improvement of molten steel quality.This paper focuses on improving the ladle temperature by optimizing the number of ladles turnover,standardizing purging standards and pipeline maintenance to improve the air permeability,improving the quality of drainage sand and removing sticking steel to improve the self-opening rate.Thus,the ladle management has been greatly improved to ensure stable and smooth production.
