摘要
该文在新常态视角下,为增强高等教育服务区域经济发展的功能,围绕辽宁振兴发展新突破战略,开展创新创业教育人才培育路径研究;结合鞍山校、政、企协同实践,分析当前课程体系、育人机制和产教融合存在的结构性不足,提出对接产业、重构课程、创新模式的策略体系,形成以能力为导向、项目为载体、机制为支撑的人才培养结构,为高校深化教育改革与区域高质量发展提供实践路径。
From the perspective of the new normal,in order to enhance the function of higher education to serve regional economic development,this paper focuses on the new breakthrough strategy of revitalization and development of Liaoning Province to carry out research on the cultivation path of talents in innovation and entrepreneurship education.Based on the collaborative practice of government and enterprise in Anshan University,this paper analyzes the structural deficiencies in the current curriculum system,education mechanism and integration of production and education,proposes a strategy system for docking industries,restructuring courses and innovating models,and forms a talent training structure oriented by ability,with projects as the carrier and mechanisms as the support,so as to provide a practical path for colleges and universities to deepen education reform and regional high-quality development.
