摘要
上颌窦内残留异物易引起上颌窦的急慢性感染,手术取出异物是预防或治疗并发症的必要手段。本病例患者为60岁男性,左上后牙缺失,诊断为单侧上颌窦炎,伴有牙源性上颌窦底异物残留。使用动态导航系统辅助对异物进行精确定位,并进行清创、上颌窦底提升、种植体植入手术和修复治疗,未发现上颌窦炎复发。对于牙源性上颌窦异物,应及时清理,避免可能出现的并发症,必要时可辅助使用动态导航系统。牙体牙髓科医生在根管治疗时应避免材料进入上颌窦,引起牙源性上颌窦炎。
Foreign body retention in the maxillary sinus is likely to cause acute/chronic infection of the sinus.It is imperative to surgically remove the foreign body to prevent or treat the complications.In this case,a 60-years-old man with three missing teeth in the left upper quadrant was diagnosed with unilateral maxillary sinusitis,and a foreign body of endodontic origin was found on the sinus floor.The dynamic navigation system was applied to locate and retrieve the object accurately,and surgeries of infection discharge,maxillary sinus augmentation as well as implant placements were performed subsequently.No signs of recurrence of maxillary sinusitis were detected.It's recommended to eradicate the maxillary sinus foreign body promptly to avoid possible complications.Dynamic navigation system can be utilized to retrieve foreign body on the maxillary sinus floor.And endodontists should perform root canal therapy meticulously on maxillary posterior teeth without penetrating materials into the sinus.
