数智赋能新商科创新创业教育生态系统构建的理论与实践

The theory and practice of building an innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem for new business education empowered by digital intelligence

摘要 在数智技术快速发展与数字经济背景下,新商科创新创业教育面临数智融合不足、跨学科协同不畅、实践场景真实性不高及生态系统开放性不足等问题。基于生态系统理论、数智教育理论与新商科教育逻辑,本文构建了一个以数智赋能为核心驱动、以学生发展为中心的“三层联动、全要素协同”新商科创新创业教育生态系统模型。该模型从微观培养要素、中观资源平台与宏观环境赋能三个层面,系统阐释了数智技术在连接教育要素、整合育人平台与支撑生态演化中的作用机制。在此基础上,结合高校相关改革与实践,本文对课程体系重构、师资协同育人、场景化能力培养以及生态协同运行路径进行了分析,为数智时代新商科创新创业教育生态系统构建提供了可供参考的理论框架与实践启示。 Against the background of rapid digital-intelligent technological advancement and the digital economy,entrepreneurship and innovation education in new business education faces challenges concerning insufficient digital-intelligent integration,inadequate interdisciplinary collaboration,weak authenticity of practical scenarios,and limited ecosystem openness.Based on ecosystem theory,digital-intelligent education theory,and the logic of new business education,this paper constructs a“three-tier interaction,comprehensive element coordination”ecosystem model for entrepreneurship and innovation education,with digitalintelligent empowerment as the core driver and student development at the center.The model systematically explicates how digital-intelligent technologies function to connect educational elements,integrate talent cultivation platforms,and support ecosystem evolution across three dimensions:micro-level cultivation elements,meso-level resource platforms,and macro-level environmental empowerment.Building upon this framework and drawing upon relevant reforms and practices in higher education,the study examines curriculum restructuring,collaborative faculty development,scenario-based competency cultivation,and ecosystem collaborative operation pathways,thus providing a reference theoretical framework and practical implications for constructing entrepreneurship and innovation education ecosystems in the digital-intelligent era.
