摘要
随着人工智能的迅猛发展,法学教育面临着多方位挑战:作为法学教育重要基础的法学理论产出出现偏移;现有课程体系无法适应人工智能法治实践发展;法律人技能培养滞后于法律人工智能实践的步伐。作为应对,应当逐步确立开放性、智能化、实践性的教育理念,推行个性多元的教育模式,构建“人工智能+法学”的融合型课程体系。在这场由人工智能掀起的变革中,法学教育发展的新契机逐渐浮现。人工智能可为构建“人工智能+法学”的自主知识体系注入技术要素,成为构建中国自主法学知识体系的关键一环;能够进一步打破语言、时空的局限,助推法学教育与国际接轨;同时,也为法学教育实效实现质的跃升提供了便利,助力法律人有力应对内卷社会。借助于人工智能与法学教育的深度融合,一种新型法学教育范式方能蓬勃发展,为复合型法治人才培养提供有力支撑。
With the rapid development of artificial intelligence,legal education is facing an all-round challenge:the theoretical output of artificial intelligence jurisprudence has been deviated;the existing curriculum system is unable to adapt to the development of artificial intelligence rule of law practice;and the cultivation of skills of lawmakers is lagging behind the pace of the practice of legal artificial intelligence.In order to cope with the aforementioned challenges,the educational concept of openness,intelligence,and practicability should be gradually established,the individualized and diversified educational model should be implemented,and the integrated curriculum system of AI+law should be constructed.In this change initiated by artificial intelligence,new opportunities for the development of legal education are gradually emerging.Artificial intelligence can inject technical elements into the construction of an autonomous knowledge system of artificial intelligence+jurisprudence,and become a key link in the construction of an autonomous knowledge system of Chinese jurisprudence;further break the limitations of language,time and space,and promote the integration of legal education with the international community;and also facilitate the realization of a qualitative leap in the effectiveness of legal education,and help lawyers cope with the implosion of society as well.Thanks to the in-depth integration of artificial intelligence and legal education,a new paradigm of legal education is bound to be stable and far-reaching.
