摘要
目的:探究川芎清脑颗粒治疗瘀血阻滞型偏头痛的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2025年1月泰州市第三人民医院收治的瘀血阻滞型偏头痛患者90例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组、研究组,各45例。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用川芎清脑颗粒。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,研究组疼痛感知、情绪感受、临床表现、日常行为评分及总分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组头痛如刺、固定不移、面色晦暗、唇甲青紫、肌肤甲错评分及总分低于对照组(P<0.001);治疗后,研究组头痛发作次数少于对照组(P<0.001),发作时间短于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:川芎清脑颗粒治疗瘀血阻滞型偏头痛的效果较好,可减轻患者疼痛,改善其中医证候积分,并减少症状发作。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Chuanxiong Qingnao granules in treating migraine of static blood obstruction and stagnation type.Methods:A total of 90 patients with migraine of static blood obstruction and stagnation type who were admitted to Taizhou Third People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2025 were selected.They were divided into the study group and the control group using the random number table method,with 45 patients in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the study group received Chuanxiong Qingnao granules on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of pain perception,emotional feeling,clinical manifestations,daily behavior and total score in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of stabbing headache,immobilization,dark complexion,cyanotic lips and nails,squamous and dry skin and total score in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,the number of headache attacks in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.001),and the duration of attacks in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Chuanxiong Qingnao granules have a good effect in the treatment of migraine of static blood obstruction and stagnation type,and can relieve pain of patients,improve their traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and reduce symptom attacks.
