跨区域输电线路多端协调控制策略

Multi-Terminal Coordinated Control Strategy for Cross-Regional Transmission Lines

摘要 对于跨区域输电线路在运行过程中存在的多端协调控制复杂需求,基于跨区域输电系统模型,以及跨区域输电线路的动态特征,提出了一种能兼顾主从控制、下垂控制及功率互济的综合控制策略。研究表明,该控制策略能够契合当前跨区域输电线路多端协调控制的需求,降低故障电流峰值,缩短供电恢复时间,同时提高多馈入短路比,改善了跨区域输电线路的多端协调控制的效果。 For the complex need of multi-terminal coordinated control in cross-regional transmission line operation,based on the cross-regional transmission system model and the dynamic characteristics of cross-regional transmission lines,a comprehensive control strategy that takes into account master-slave control,droop control and power mutual assistance is proposed.The research shows that the control strategy can meet the needs of multi-terminal coordinated control of current cross-regional transmission lines,reduce the peak fault current value,shorten the power supply recovery time,and improve the multi-infeed short-circuit ratio,which improves the effect of multi-terminal coordinated control of cross-regional transmission lines.
