摘要
在科技革命与产业变革加速及国家战略推动下,新能源汽车与未来产业融合成为发展关键。本文以北上广深城市为研究对象,梳理其融合政策实践,分析研发设计、生产制造、产品应用环节的融合格局,提炼技术同源、产业链相通、应用拓展融合路径。针对现存跨产业壁垒等问题,从产业链布局、地方禀赋挖掘、多维协同等方面提出建议,为地方推动两大产业互促发展提供参考。
Against the backdrop of the accelerated scientific and technological revolution,industrial transformation,and national strategic promotion,the integration of the new energy vehicle(NEV)industry and future industries has become a key focus of development.This paper takes Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,and Shenzhen as research objects,sorts out their integrated policy practices,analyzes the integration patterns in the links of R&D and design,production and manufacturing,and product application,and refines three integration paths:technology homology,industrial chain connectivity,and application expansion.Addressing existing issues such as cross-industry barriers,it puts forward suggestions from aspects including industrial chain layout,exploration of local endowments,and multi-dimensional collaboration,providing references for local governments to promote the mutually reinforcing development of these two industries.
