在现代煤化工生产中,水煤浆气化系统与等温变换系统之间的水平衡控制对整个生产流程的稳定性、经济性以及产品质量起着关键作用。深入剖析了水煤浆气化炉和等温变换过程中水的流向与处理机制,详细阐述了两者之间水平衡控制的策略、方法以及相关技术手段,并对水平衡控制中存在的问题及解决措施进行了探讨,旨在为煤化工企业优化生产工艺、提高生产效率提供理论支持与实践指导。
In the modern coal chemical production,the water balance control between coal water slurry gasification system and isothermal shift system plays a crucial role in the stability,economy and product quality of the entire production process.The water flow direction and treatment mechanism in the coal water slurry gasifier and isothermal shift process were deeply analyzed,the strategies,methods and related technical means of water balance control between the two systems were elaborated in detail,and the existing problems in the water balance control and their solutions were discussed.The aim was to provide the theoretical support and practical guidance for coal chemical enterprises to optimize the production process and improve the production efficiency.
